Return/Exchange
We hope that you love your purchase from JoytauFashion!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your JoytauFashion product, we will happily exchange your size or give you a refund within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.

Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us immediately through email at [email protected] if you have any concerns. 

Products must be unworn. must be in its original condition.

90-Day Warranty
JoytauFashion offers a 90-day warranty on all Shoes. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will honor a one-time replacement of that piece. Please email a photo of your Shoe to [email protected] within 90 days. We will either send you a brand new piece or repair your original Shoe for you. Please note: It may take 7-10 business days for your replacement Shoe to ship out.

After the 90 days, there will be a $15 charge for all repairs. Please collect all your Shoe components and email us to get the process started.

We will be more than happy to work with you to get you the JoytauFashion product that best serves you. Please contact us via email at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. 

Note: All international sales are final. 

Shipping
We charge a flat fee of $4 for all domestic orders under $60. Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days and are shipped via USPS First Class which typically takes 5-12 days to arrive. 

Orders over $60 enjoy free domestic shipping via USPS First Class. 

International customers :

USPS First Class International (delivery within 7-12 business days).
